The last day had come. The kids were already asking to come back on Monday. Some of the leaders were already looking for a place to have an extra long nap this afternoon. But... we kept at it. The games went on, the stories were told, the crafts were made, the snacks were eaten. Best of all, two little hearts were washed clean in Jesus' blood and their sins were forgiven. Halleluhah!
We had a great week. In some ways we are already looking forward to what God is going to do at VBS next year. We still want to thank all who took part, especially our workers who came and gave of their time every day without complaint. Thanks to the kids for coming, and to you parents that let us have your children all week.
Most of all we thank Jesus for the wonderful treasure of His love for us. There is nothing better than knowing that God has forgiven your sins. If you would like to know more about the love of Christ and how you can be forgiven of your sins, feel free to email me or call our offices and ask for Pastor John. I'd love to talk to you about it.
Lots of love in Christ, Pastor John

Our kids were so generous this week that we collected $165 for One Great Hour of Sharing. Thanks!

This little girl was our counter. Every day she could add up in her head how much money had come in by the number of fish in the net.

Pastor John's Teaching Tent was a busy place this week. The games were great.

Look up Matthew 15: 35

Mrs. Duncan was a great storyteller for our Sea Stars this week.

Of course, what's VBS without great snacks?

That goes for our Sea Stars too.

Speaking of Sea Stars, they were seeing stars on Friday,

including Mrs. Kim!
Thanks again for checking us out.
